Our Membership & Program Coordinator, Brother Dan O'Hara - IPSD, will be conducting a "Training Session", open to all Council Officers and Members, on Monday, January 18th, 2010 at 7:00 pm, to be held at St. Clare of Assisi Parish in Coquitlam.
The training will focus on the techniques of recruitment, mainly dealing with the "how". The training will also be interactive; it offers exercises designed to help members develop more skills to raise their knowledge and level of confidence in their recruitment efforts.
The program will showcase fresh perspectives and is very useful and beneficial to everyone. I highly encourage you to promote this event to maximize attendance from each District.
This is open to any and all those in your Council especially the Executive Members. Recruiting quality men is an important aspect of our Order and there is no one better to help us than our Past State Deputy, Dan. Please make every effort to attend and RSVP to me how many will be attending. It would be nice to have a good turnout, especially on our home turf!
